Due to the size of the piece we will advise if your chosen picture or writing will transfer successfully or be better on something a little larger so please contact us first. Black and white line drawings or handwriting are most effective. If you wish to personalise the charm further we can engrave a name on the back for you at no extra cost.

On completion of your order we will:

• We will make contact with to obtain a copy of your loved one’s favourite picture or written words. You can usually email or post these to us.
• We then use this to create your unique piece of jewellery.
• The whole process can take between 14 and 28 days.
